Breast Cancer Day

In commemoration of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Khalifa Scientific and Research Club, in conjunction with the Department of General Surgery and Surgical Oncology, and Surgical Oncology Society Pakistan, is proud to host "Breast Cancer Day" on the 14th of October 2022 at Shaikh Zayed Medical Complex Lahore. This event forms a pivotal part of the Pink October activities, aimed at raising awareness and promoting early detection of breast cancer. Under the capable leadership of students from Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan Medical College, with invaluable support from GSSO SZH and SOSPK, Pink October activities at Shaikh Zayed Medical Complex will encompass a series of engaging initiatives. A poster competition and a video competition will offer platforms for participants to creatively advocate for breast cancer awareness

The highlight of the event will be a compelling panel discussion led by esteemed experts in the field, fostering enlightening conversations about breast cancer prevention and treatment. An awareness walk will demonstrate solidarity and determination in the fight against breast cancer, while an awareness campaign at the breast cancer clinic will provide crucial information to the public

2. The film could be a documentary, dramatization in any technical format including animation.
