 Who Can Apply 

• Undergrad/postgrad students from medical, engineering, CS, or interdisciplinary fields

• Team entries allowed (presenter must be a student)

 Abstract Structure (Max 500 Words) 

1. Title – Reflects project theme; state if conceptual, prototype, or applied innovation

2. Problem Statement – Define the clinical/educational issue

3. Target Population – Who benefits? Where is it applied?

4. Proposed Solution – App, device, AI tool, etc.

5. Method/Workflow – Explain how it works (esp. if using AI)

6. Expected Impact – Efficiency, education, access, etc.

7. Innovation & Scalability – What makes it unique? Can it scale?

8. Limitations – Mention barriers or challenges

9. Ethics – Consent, privacy, or data protection (if applicable)

10. Optional Media – Link to demo video, screenshots, or design files

 Submission Format 

• Format: Word file (.doc/.docx) / PDF

• Font: Times New Roman, Size: 11–14, Line spacing: 1.5

• File Name: AI-Abstract-LastName-ShortTitle

• No bullet points in body; write in paragraphs

• Submit via official online form only

 Team Info 

• Mention all team members’ full names, affiliations & emails

• Only one student can present

• AI for diagnosis (e.g., skin analysis, triage)

• Health apps, chatbots, gamified learning tools

• Wearables, EMR add-ons, scalable startup models

 Important Dates 

• Early Bird Reg Opens: 6 Aug

• Acceptance Emails: 5–10 Sept

• Normal Reg Deadline: 14 Sept

• Poster Submission Deadline: 15 Sept

• Abstract Review fee: Rs. 1000 

• Early Bird Registration: Rs. 1000

• Normal Registration: Rs. 1500

• Poster Printing (if accepted): Rs. 1000

 Important Notes 

• Plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification & future ban

• Citations must be included where applicable

• Final decisions rest with the scientific committee

• Presenters must register & complete a separate form for poster printing

The notification of abstract acceptance or rejection will be sent in the 1st week of september, and further instructions will be communicated
