1.  Student authors submitting their abstracts are urged to have a       meeting with Professor Ayesha Humayun on a Monday or Thursday (as scheduled) to discuss and improve their abstracts before submission.

2. Submit your abstract as a Word document.

3. Maximum size can be 30 Mbs

4. An abstract must not exceed 350 words

5. The abstract should begin with a brief but precise statement of the problem or issue, followed by a description of the research method and design, the major findings, and the conclusions.

6. The abstract should be structured and should include the Background, Methods, Results, and Conclusions; other headings with similar meanings may be used (eg, Introduction in place of Background or Findings in place of Results).

7. After acceptance of the abstract, the author will submit their oral presentation ppt and bring it on the day of the fest.

8. One abstract can only be submitted for one category (either poster or oral presentation).

• Submit your abstracts by the 10th of August.

• Get notified about the acceptance/rejection of the abstract on the 13th of August.

• Bring the soft copy of the presentation on the 17th of August to the research fest.
