The seminar, delivered by Dr. Noman Khalid MD on Wednesday 10th May, consisted of parts of a case report, how to write them, and a literature review that increases your chances of getting a publication.
This program aims to provide valuable research experience and promote a culture of inquiry among medical students. It allowed the students to learn about research and enhance their skills in writing case reports from an experienced professional in the field.
A guide to PLAB session was conducted by KSRC on Saturday 20th May and hosted by our alumni, Hafiz Mubashar Munir. The session provided concise details regarding the PLAB pathway and the nitty-gritty of getting into the UK.

The lecture on the introduction to writing the LTE was delivered by Saad Azam on day 1. The purpose is to gain valuable insights and the structure of a compelling letter to the editor. Learn to articulate the viewpoints effectively to make your letter impactful.
The day 2 hands-on experience and publishing guidelines were delivered by Hamza Khokhar and Ibrahim Tahir. The purpose was to apply the knowledge gained from the lecture to craft your own letter to the editor.
